Biodegradable launch box, what’s the advantage?

Too many times, you feel disgusted by the foul smells of the plastic launch boxes. No matter how delicious the food it contains, it is just the plastic box that makes you feel unwell, extinguishes your appetite.

Here’s how biodegradable launch boxes change your life.

1. Using biodegradable materials can make precisely the same food boxes as those made of plastic, and you can use them for warm and cold food or put them in a microwave oven.

2. Biodegradable launch boxes smell fragrant, like the smell of starch. It’s just part of the food, used as containers, not for eating, so you feel completely safe and enjoy its smells.

3, biodegradable launch boxes won’t feel oily like plastics. It’s easy to wash and safe to eat, even though it disintegrates into small pieces like microplastics.

4. As we all know, biodegradable materials won’t cause any pollution to our environment. Using biodegradable launch boxes will have a positive impact on our society, as people see less pollution in their surroundings. As the environment improves, the economy will also improve, on the one hand, due to reduced funding needed to address plastic pollution, which could be invested to boost economic development. On the other hand, in a better environment, external funds will flow, as people are more willing to invest in a cleaner environment, not in a mess of plastic pollution.

5, fewer illnesses. As biodegradable materials are made from food resources, they’re safe to use, unlike plastics, which may cause unknown diseases. The biodegradable launch boxes are giving people a cleaner place to store their food; it’s a 100% pleasant experience without worrying about hidden hazards like plastic.

6, there are two kinds of people. The 1st kind of people like to save money on their food because their living conditions are bad. What they save on food is causing illness, and finally, they have to see a doctor, which would cost 10 times what they saved.  The 2nd kind of people would like to spend more money on their food, which makes them more energetic and less likely to get illnesses. The money they spend finally creates a higher income for them and prevents them from paying extra for illness. The 2nd type of people is becoming increasingly common; they would prefer biodegradable launch boxes to plastic containers if given the choice.

The truth of using biodegradable materials?

Using biodegradable materials can do a lot to help your manufacturing, especially when you’re facing keen competition in the current plastic market, and you have big buyers.

Biodegradable materials are a better alternative to plastics, especially for disposable packaging, food, beverage, and medical uses. Plastics can be cheaper due to more competition, which forces manufacturers to keep their prices low, and their long history of use, but as the economy develops and people demand a better life, disposable plastics are almost at their sunset. Compared to the "morning sun" of biodegradable materials, the life of disposable plastics will come to an end shortly.

Using biodegradable materials helps plastic manufacturers. By gradually replacing plastics with biodegradable materials, plastic manufacturers are moving down the path of biodegradable product manufacturing, which, of course, can give them better profits and a brighter future. Truth should be uncovered. When biodegradable manufacturers informed plastic factories that they could supply better materials to replace plastics, it was the factories’ own choice to update to the new materials or protect their original production.

New technology changes the world, persists in the old- it’s the road to doom. This is a historical experience; we witnessed it happen to countries like the old Qing dynasty of China, and we also saw it happen to many old, giant companies that refused to update and preserve the old. Now they’re completely forgotten by most of us and history.

An interesting phenomenon in the market is that when people are tired of plastics, they’re more desirable than before, wanting to try new products, which is similar to when people eat one kind of food for a long time and want to change and try different dishes. So this is why biodegradable products are popular now, and surely they will have their glory in the future.

The other reasons why consumers like biodegradable products are that they're better than plastics, not only in the sense of eco-friendly meaning, but also because they have a better user experience. They are safer, cleaner, and healthier, which is what most people care about.

Don’t ever say “no” for your customers

Don’t ever say “no” on behalf of your customers. End buyers are not saying “no” to higher-cost biodegradable products; in fact, they prefer them.

Biodegradable food packaging is preferable when end customers face two choices: plastic and the latest biodegradable packaging. People naturally prefer healthier, cleaner packaging because they are concerned about their own health; no one wants to save money on their food if it comes at the cost of their health.

It’s horrible when food or juice is packed in plastic, because when people eat the food and drink the juice, thousands of invisible microplastics enter their stomachs. Who knows what illness the microplastics will cause in the future? Doctors and researchers may still not find out.

As a plastic packaging factory, if you say “no” to your customers to choose the healthier and cleaner biodegradable products, you’re giving them only one choice. That’s why they can only select plastics; they can’t buy products that do not exist in their market, right? So they continue polluting because when they use plastics, they throw them away; the plastics break down into microplastics that can permeate our ecosystem and food chain, which will eventually end up in your own stomach.

Now, using biodegradable materials to replace plastics is only one step away. Factories just need to replace their previously used plastic masterbatches with biodegradable resins, and finished products such as bags, food containers, straws, and films come out as they did before. No extra cost.
